The original concept of the urban complex and the house was created on the basis of the research on the movement of soil creasing and splitting.

By designing the environment, from the inside out, and quoting the grid from architect Mies van der Rohe's Barcelona pavilion, the structure of a luxury pavilion house was created that naturally follows the existing terrain. Each environment is designed so that it can be used both outdoors and indoors, paying special attention to the user's connection with nature. Additional dynamism is achieved by introducing canopies, with different purposes such as a green roof, water tank or glass curtains, which follow the existing movements on the ground.
