The comfort Zones Coach

Rasha AlAjouz
Comfort Zones Coach & Mentor for women & girls
Author of standing tall without heels
when we start on the first call was a discovery call then it all starts after defining the challenges, and the Ideation process was on three phases:

- The challenge
- The research
- The strategy
The challenge
As a coach, she faced a significant challenge: many others offered similar services to the same people. The difficulty lay in differentiating her services in the crowded market and reaching her clients effectively
The research
To begin, we delved into research. I looked at Rasha’s competitors both online and offline to understand how they positioned themselves and their target audience. We figured out what made Rasha stand out as we dug more into her services and how they differed from her competitors.
Strategy
Next, over two brainstorming sessions, we put our thinking caps on. I used different techniques to spark creative ideas. It became clear that Rasha's specialty was making people truly comfortable during transformation. That word - "comfort" - kept coming up.

We took that concept and ran with it. Through applying creative thinking methods and discussions, a whole concept started to appear  - The “Comfort Zone." It captured how she brings her caring, supportive approach to clients but she flipped the idea of the comfort zone the familiar concept to be a Zone of transformation. Now she had a clear message showing people exactly what to expect.
The Result
As a result of the workshop ideation, she came up with a new definition of the “Comfort Zone Concept”, giving it a new dimension
