Conceptual Architecture Project
One of the older Dainfern homes, which is in need of a complete makeover. Instead of demolishing the whole structure, it will be gutted (usable bits recycled and/or donated), reconfigured and transformed into an iconic, contemporary habitat. Additional sustainable credentials come in the form of solar energy and heat generation, rain water harvesting, grey water recycling, a wetland pool and koi ponds as well as an organic edible garden. It's large, yes - however it's already there, so the best solution is to give it a new face while making it more efficient.
