This email newsletter template was developed for the University of Cambridge alumni newsletter template. The template shown fully below, is the complete suite of components as sections developed to be selected and built within the Dot digital email system. The sections can be chosen within Dot digital, the user of Dot digital will choose what section to include depending on the content of the email.

I designed the UX of the template, so that the sections are flexible with the hierarchy of the University's communications style. Something I introduced, was to include a new brand style for email templates at the University, to include a banner with flexible image cut outs, to showcase the featured content and subject matter of the email.

I was asked to create a new alumni newsletter as part of the brand refresh. The brief was to create a newsletter layout using the new brand assets. The alumni newsletter covers various topics, so I developed a flexible banner template, allowing topics to be highlighted in the top level banner, with a variety of subject imagery.
