In August, apparel juniors were given a design assignment to fill a sketchbook with research and drawings relating to what they wanted to explore in the upcoming semester. As I began working on my sketchbook, I realized that what I was designing and sketching was uninspired and mediocre. In order to raise my enthusiasm for the project, I developed the concept of a zine titled "O•D•E", which I used as a sort of muse for my drawings, designs, and thoughts -- and also as a way to mesh my interests in apparel, illustration, and graphic design. The zine is split up into multiple parts, including digital collages, color inspiration, and print designs.
