Rediscovering Comfort in the Heart of the City

At our hotel, we've transformed a portion of a old building into a modern and convenient boutique apartment hotel catering to the needs of today's discerning travelers. Our project focuses on providing a unique and comfortable stay experience.

Revising of old exterior elements

The foundation of our project lies in the adaptive reuse of an existing space. Recognizing the inefficiency of the original layout, which consisted of a cumbersome two-bedroom apartment, we opted for a strategic redesign. By analyzing the existing plans, we made the decision to convert the space into two cozy one-bedroom apartments. This decision was driven by our commitment to enhancing convenience and comfort for our guests.

Our boutique apartment hotel offers a total of four comfortable and thoughtfully designed apartments. Each apartment is meticulously curated to provide a unique living experience, blending modern amenities with tasteful decor.Each apartment is fully equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable stay, including kitchenettes, cozy living areas, and spacious bathrooms.
