Role of BA: Requirements analysis and specification. Description of the tasks. Visual prototyping and modeling. Development support. Use Case creation and Backlog update. Communication with the customer.
Role of Designer: Updating and adding improvements to the mockups. Making flow concepts and creating mockups in figma.
