During the creative process i was doing a mini series on heartbreak/toxic relationships. I used a black background and had the model in a chair. Purchased a heart from spirit Halloween and some fake blood. With a need for a dramatic affect I used a fog machine light without the fog giving the red glow on the model. The goal was to display a calmness even though inside we are bleeding and broken. This symbolism can be seen on the mute expression and the hand gripping the heart and blood dripping down.
