A collection of nightmares after experiencing sexual violence
Sexual violence can be traumatic. Much of the harm caused to victims becomes apparent years after the abuse happens. They suffered from pain, and post-trauma and mostly experienced nightmares right after the violence happened. These are more than simply “bad dreams”. You may visualize the force of the suffocating attack happening again while some might suffer intense stress in the surreal. It's hard to relieve the burden, they are sometimes engraved like a repeated flashback.
