The maternity centre is confidently situated in a small residential complex surrounded by a picturesque forest. Despite the presence of a school and residential buildings nearby, we ensured that all necessary setbacks from the building boundaries were maintained.
Our architectural solutions were dictated by nature itself. Being located in a picturesque forest, we aimed to create a design that seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings. The concept of green buildings aims to minimize the negative impact and maximize the positive impact a building has on its natural environment and clients of the maternity centre.
The maternity centre comprises of two distinct areas - the reception area and clinic, and the inpatient department for women in labour. The architectural design of the facades effectively highlights this division. Additionally, the ward features pergolas that provide an added layer of privacy.
The ward is designed to provide utmost comfort to women in labour. All medical equipment is cleverly hidden or stylised to resemble hotel room amenities, ensuring a relaxing and stress-free environment.
