At Switch Branding and Design
women for water is a clean water and women’s empowerment action platform that advances gender equity by empowering women and girls through clean water access, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and life skills programs - operating out of Washington, DC.
I am grateful to have been a part of creating something that makes a meaningful difference to the lives of women, girls and communities across the world.
Careful consideration was taken with selecting and crafting the facial profile in this logo. It had to be racially unbiased, powerful and give a sense of empowerment. Giving women and and children access to water is key to uplifting their lives, and for that reason it also plays a strong part in the essence of the logo.
