Peg Boggs is a saleswoman who accidentally discovers Edward, a young man who lives alone in a castle on top of a mountain, created by an inventor who died before joining hands with the strange being, who only has huge blades in their place. This prevents him from being able to get close to humans, except to create revolutionary haircuts. However, Edward is a victim of his innocence and, while he is loved by some, he is persecuted and used by others.
