I had the privilege of managing the logistics for the annual
"Commemorating President Jalal Talabani"
event, held on October 3, 2023, at Hotel Rashid Tulip in Baghdad.
As the leader of a team of twenty people in the D.E.C, my responsibilities included assigning tasks and managing their schedules. I worked closely with the PJTF Foundation and the Protocol Office of the President of Iraq to ensure seamless coordination.
And I created visual materials in three languages, including Kurdish, Arabic, and English. These materials comprised a timeline of President Jalal Talabani's life in the shrine corridor, invitation letters, envelope packages, and memorial guest books. Additionally, I designed quotes and images of the president for placement inside the event hall. I took measurements and coordinated with the decor team, checked and supervised print houses, and designed and printed name tags for the hall attendees.
