Character introduction - Fred the persian cat

Fred's appearance is that of a permanently bored cat, tired of his friends antics. Fred learned to surf as a wee kitty, and takes it very seriously. He dislikes Farofa, the caramel dog's carefree attitude towards the sport, and wishes his sister would be more serious about learning the art of surfing. With his friend and family's help, Fred soon rediscovers the joy and passion that led him to surf in the first place.
