MudVee1 3D printed Amphibious mudding RC truck

Mudvee1 was designed as a test bed of off road design. Intended for soft ground mobility such as on sand, snow, mud, and amphibious operation in water.
The design is composed almost entirely from 3D printed parts I designed in Solidworks and printed at home.
The original design used a novel Archimedes screw for propulsion in water and mud. With foam for flotation.
The 2nd generation of chassis design made use of paddled tires for better propulsion in water and mud. It's floats also got upgraded to more streamlined and robust foam filled 3D printed pontoons.
The design went through 3 iterations of gear boxes. Generation 1 was belt driven.
Generation 2 used all 3D printed gears and an external final drive unit.
Generation 3 Used water jet cut 7075 aluminum plate parts and a hybrid of 3D printed gears, gearbox, and hardened steel pinion gears.
The final design is fully functional and practically unstoppable in swampy environments.
