Where's the snow?

As kids, we waited for winters, and no matter how sick we would get every winter, playing with snow and making our ski was pure joy for us. Each day would start with hot butter tea, breakfast by the fire and parents’ permission to play outside. Returning with a red nose, wet clothes and cold symptoms, we never were tired enough. No cellphones to record and Instagram it, we were still living with films.
Due to the covid 19 shutdowns, many regions reported the cleanest skies in decades, and another remarkable thing was much cleaner winter snow in the Himalayas. I was lucky to be home again during those winters to capture the magic.
