CHAIR 45
Chair 45 was designed to be a marriage of timelessness and grace. It's inspired from the chairs i saw growing up in my ancestral home as a child. It's not just a piece of furniture, it's heirloom. Standing through time, it soaks in stories. Like fine wine, it only gets better with age.
The design is a manifestation of inspiration drawn from the works of Ganjanan Upadhyaya.

The chair is constructed entirely out of Burma Teakwood. It consists of only wood-wood joineries without the usage of any screws or nails. It is finished with a coat of tung oil to bring out its beautiful grains, while also allowing for future maintenance or modifications.
