The Briefing

Euro Chlor is looking for a positive and science-based approach. Their mission? Boosting the visibility of their activities and shining a spotlight on the incredible benefits of chlor-alkali chain products. The campaign needs to bring an extra creative and inspirational dimension for this campaign, to make messages inspiring and impactful.
The story we wanted to tell

We're taking a creative spin by linking lesser-known uses of chlorine through quirky, poetic, and surreal riddles. It's an out-of-the-box approach that seamlessly weaves various chlorine applications into relatable daily scenarios, keeping our content fresh and engaging.
The artistic direction, based on a paper-cut approach, acts as the cornerstone of our visual narrative. With expert post-production wizardry, we bring these visuals to life, adding an extra layer of impact through animation.

The creative process

The challenge of this project was to find the right balance between textual and visual elements. Working within the realm of the absurd required meticulous effort, navigating the fine line between what can be comprehended and what cannot. We conducted extensive research on surrealist authors to achieve this. Subsequently, crafting the images and establishing visual harmony became paramount. Working with stock images is always delicate, especially when ensuring visual consistency.
Post Production

This process involved meticulous work on the scale of elements and the grain of images to create a flexible and create a seamless while retaining a somewhat raw 'newspaper' quality.
But the most enjoyable part was imagining a toilet going for a jog or a cat taking a bubble bath!
Broadcast

The campaign is visible on Eurochlor's platforms and social networks and will be gradually rolled out over the next few months. In parallel, we conducted a series of workshops with the Eurochlor team to help them better understand how to use and optimize all the tools at their disposal.
