Norse Mythology Redesign
The following is a redesign of Neil Gaiman’s book of Norse mythology. The book showcases Neil Gaiman’s retelling of classic Norse Tales. Since I read this book, I have wanted to design something reminiscent of Norse mythology; this book is the product of that desire.
My redesign combines Neil Gaiman’s Norse mythology with historical European Art. I divided my redesign into two sections: story, printed on the off-white pages, and Art, printed on the green pages; the art pages are often accompanied by tip-ins of the Art.All the body copy is written by Neil Gaiman, all of the Art is public domain, and all of the art descriptions are a mixture of online descriptions and my own.
