I made some beads with porcelain so I could test the colors for the underglaze color

The result from the last time making the eyes was nice but the color seems weird I can't figure out what's wrong so now I'm gonna find out what caused the weirdness.

Trip to V and A.

First of all, why are they naming two museums with the same name ?????? They even have a similar logo for it and the first address that shows up in Google Maps was the children V and A. Why did Google think I was searching the small V and A ?!

The whole thing was ridiculous, and so was I.

I met my dream chair. I mean I care about ergonomics more than appearance when I rate a piece of furniture ( especially chairs) and most furniture in the museum is more about appearance. But the armchair designed by Eileen Gary is the one that attracts my view from the start to the end. I feel honored and anxious about this piece because it looks very very similar to one of my object-to-object armchair pieces. It is a pleasure that I have the same insight as a master, but it's also stressful that makes my work feel like I'm stealing someone's work. 

This is why sometimes I feel complicated if I am asked to do some research on the object's appearance. I'm always trying my best to let my work only be my work, but with the research I do, I'll somehow have some ideas from other designers in my work and that makes me feel weird. “Good artists borrow, great artists steal.”  I know this but still, really want this to present only myself.

Other than this, I enjoy the time in V and A very much! I saw a lot of interesting pieces in the collection room and enjoyed the chant in the basement collection room.

 Decide to do some city walks after the workshop.
 I think I like the universe light on Carnaby Street more than the one on Regent Street.

Because it was more colorful? or because it has a stronger contract?
