Priscilla Zanatelli's profile

Corporate University and Tailored Programs

BR Distribuidora is a subsidiary of Petrobras (the largest oil company in Brazil), and operates in the distribution of oil and gas-related products.

In this project, I spearheaded the establishment of the company's corporate university using a Learning Management System (LMS) and developed 19 programs covering various subject matters and target audiences. The programs ranged from technical courses for attendants and machine operators to management and ethics courses tailored for leaders. Over 15,000 employees were trained in the courses under my responsibility, achieving a satisfaction level exceeding 90% in each learning program.

During this endeavor, I led design sessions with VP-level executives, HR members, commercial, and technical team. Together, we set clear objectives, assessed organizational needs, and established measurable learning outcomes. Close collaboration with experts from various departments resulted in the creation of a comprehensive curriculum and the selection of technological platforms aligned with the company's infrastructure.

Creating tailored Learning Journeys

In parallel with the corporate university project (LMS) creation, I also took charge of the courses. Initially planning for just 4, this number expanded to 19 due to the client's high satisfaction. Each course was meticulously tailored for its audience, featuring comprehensive content with subject matter experts, knowledge nuggets, recap segments, and a concluding quiz. For instance, consider the course designed for attendants (in Brazil, customers can't refuel their own cars; only gas station employees can). In this case, the objective was to emphasize the significance of promoting Petrobras Grid gasoline.
