Balanced Blends

You wouldn’t feed your family garbage, why would you feed your pets garbage? This was the start of Balanced Blends. With a core customer of parents of food sensitive pets, they offered precise recipes that could be easily replicated at home, as well as supplement mixes parents could purchase and add to whole foods for their pets. As time went on they noticed the review section of their products page was turning into a community board for pet parents to share tips and connect. An opportunity to better serve these customers was born. As they ventured to expand their brand and better serve their community of customers, I came in to offer a holistic view of how we might translate this niche offering into a consumer brand that could help more pet parents. The strategy was clear: pets bring joy to their parent’s lives – all we have to do is connect with that singular joy and it will resonate. Vibrant colors, conversational language, and playful photos celebrating how no two pets are alike have sparked a joyful brand that has increased customer engagement.
