I join SEA Futurist 2023 (Southeast Asia Futurist in Arts and Cultural Exchange Program) - Fully Funded Program on last October 2023. It held by National Academy of Arts, Culture and Heritage (ASWARA) Malaysia, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia & Experential Design Team (EDT).

This program deliberate preserving characters in cultural performance that includes discipline of preserving motion data and its application of Augmented Reality (AR). This project will be conducted through series of masterclass to accelerate skills on creative technology and to facilitate cross-cultural context among SEA members.

In there, I met some designers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand. The Exhibition "Metaverse Wayang Kulit Characters" will be displayed from December 2023 until December 2024 at MaTic (Malaysia Tourism Centre) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Herewith I will share my process from my 3D character. The body models already have template, I just reshape the face and made style traditional clothes based on my creativity.
