There are a variety of soap packaging options available to custom soap and home soap makers. This project includes three options for packaging soap. Two of the three options use different forms of shrink packaging and the other option uses a perforated cling film. See below for descriptions of each.
Soap Packaging With Perforated Cling Wrap - The first five images are soap packaging with perforated cling wrap. The use of perfoarted cling when wrapping soap is affordable and efficient. The thin cling wrap easily adheres to itself to obtain a fully enclosed bar of soap.
Soap Packaging With Shrink Bags - Shrink bags are an excellent option for packaging single or double soar bar packages. Shrink bags are easy to use and seal off soap bars to make water resistant packaging. The equipment used in the pictures displayed are: shrink bags, round wire impulse sealer, and heat gun.
Soap Packaging With Centerfold Shrink Film - Centerfold Shrink film is a great way to package multiple packages of soap or individual bars. The I Bar system comes with everything needed to begin packaging.
