This project was centered around creating a cardboard sculpture that recreates something.
For this project I had a hard time deciding between a bird and another bee on a flower. I ended up wanting to revisit my theme of a flower with a bee and this time focus on the bee instead of the flower. At first I had trouble with figuring out how to make a round bee, but I came to the conclusion that a more cylindrical look would be best for what I had available. While I didn't have a lot of fancy tools, my scraps and scissors worked very well and I got what I desired from this. I even added supports inside of the bee to help it keep its shape. The hardest part was adding the antennas because they were not wanting to stick. I ended up problem solving by attaching them to the body by funnily enough sticking tape on tape.
