For this assignment, we took a serious of related images and made a photo book out of it. My topic that I decided to do was essentially nature and greenery in urban areas and plants being used as decor to attract more people since they make the environment more inviting. Throughout the month of November, I went to Orange County, Los Angelous, and San Diego in order to take these pictures. Places in Los Angelous were easier to find since a lot more people post about places to go in LA on social media and Yelp. I'm from Orange County, so I generally knew some places that I could go. The ones in San Diego were places I stumbled upon when finishing a different project with some of my other classmates. Some of the places I went were little coffee shops, book stores, study spaces, record shops, restaurants, and streets/alleys. I had difficulty trying to make time to go places to take pictures and sometimes would have trouble finding unique images and places. I also had trouble adjusting the settings when it came to the images in the library because there was no natural light inside and made it difficult to make the images cohesive with the rest of the book.
