This Project was a experiment with how many surface design pieces I could put onto a jacket. It was inspired by the children's book The Rag Coat. I really loved that story as a kid and thought that making a coat like that would be really fun. Some challenges that I faced was making sure that the liner was in correctly. I took an already made pattern for the jacket and then modified it a little to make the different fabrics fit in together piece by piece.
