For this project, I was tasked to create a poster and three social media posts for an event of my choice. The event I chose to make was a flea market held in Sedona, AZ.
For my designs, I was inspired by mid-century color schemes, patterns, and styles. I wanted to include all the necessary details in the poster while having enough illustrations to picture what the event is all about. For the title, I used an expressive typeface to help capture the viewer's eye. As for the rest of the type, I used a sans serif font to balance it all out.
For my three social posts, I wanted them to correlate with the poster itself. To do so, I recycled the color scheme and several of the objects used to create that relationship between the two. Each social post has information about the event presented in fun but different ways to add variety between them.
