This drawing project started with a still life of a stack of ladders and chairs. They were drawn to proportion, then outlined with tape. The tape has different line weights to express which parts were more forward, and which were further away. The plants were drawn from life as well; then shaded and adhered to the ladders to bring the eye around the work.
