This project caters to discerning individuals who appreciate luxury, comfort, and a cosmopolitan lifestyle. It is an ideal choice for professionals, couples, or investors seeking a premium living space in Budapest.
This sophisticated space is a testament to modern luxury, boasting sleek designs and a captivating ambiance. Rich, dark hues and the leitmotif terracotta color create an intimate setting that exudes a sense of sophistication.

The living room's centerpiece is the sofa area, positioned for a panoramic city view through large windows. The composition featuring Maxalto sofas, irregular rugs and coffee tables highlights the intricate geometry of the apartment. A graceful floor lamp adds ambiance. The sofas' wide armrests match the large marble kitchen countertop.
In the Arclinea kitchen, crafted from dark wood and marble, timeless elegance meets functionality. Rich wood cabinets complement luxurious marble countertops, creating a sophisticated space. Soft lighting adds ambiance for culinary delights in this refined setting.
In the apartment, a cozy nook boasts two inviting armchairs near a stylish shelf system. Perfect for unwinding with a book or engaging in conversations.
An elegant Minotti bar with glass doors and soft lighting features a vinyl player atop it.
The hallway features a wardrobe with glass doors and warm lighting. Dark marble walls add a touch of sophistication to the space, while the black ceiling adds intimacy and volume to the entrance area. The wardrobe's glass doors and illumination create an inviting focal point, complemented by the elegant backdrop of the dark marble walls.
The master zone embodies a delicate interplay of dark and light elements. Unconventional striped wallpaper harmonizes with matching dark marble, creating a captivating contrast. The terracotta shade, a recurring motif, is once more employed here, seamlessly continuing from the living room area.
The unique layout integrates the bathroom and bedroom seamlessly into one open expanse. A statement Antonio Lupi bathtub is elegantly positioned within the bedroom area, adding a touch of luxury and redefining the boundaries between spaces.
