I Was Rescued By A Cockroach
This is a school assignment for an illustration course.
We are asked to create a story and draw it out as a children book.
Story
A man, feeling utterly defeated and seeing no value in his life, contemplated suicide. Overwhelmed by family, love, and financial problems,
he believed he had the worst life.
Just as he was about to jump from a building, a cockroach flew to him.
Surprisingly, it criticized human weakness compared to its own struggles.
Despite being universally disliked and having to fight for survival every day,
the cockroach never thought of giving up.
After the conversation, the man felt relieved, and he decided to keep living.

But...Why did the cockroach save the man?
What was its purpose?
The cockroach stepped in to help the man because the exact spot where he was going to land, had he jumped from the building, turned out to be the little insect's home...
I hope we can stay strong through any difficulties.
Just like a cockroach perseveres in its daily life,
WE, as humans, should not easily surrender.
