A short project with a team of multi-disciplinary fields of study including [student] engineers, architects, surveyors, and real estate agents. This project was to incorporate a new urban intervention into a run down area of China Town, Liverpool.
The project proposed a new hotel and spa, public park, cafe's and restaurants, cultural centre, and a modern health facility to help revitalise the area.
