36 Days of Type
Days of Type is a project that invites Designers, Illustrators and Graphic Artists to express their personal interpretation of letters and numbers in our alphabet.
36 days of restless creativity, where participants are challenged to design a letter or number each day, resulting in an outcome of the ability to represent the same symbol from many different perspectives.
The project aims to be a space for creation around typography and its endless graphic possibilities.
💡I came up with this idea of combining braille letter and morse code into the design.
💡I used simple lines to make the structure of the letters & numbers, black stars to represent braille letter alphabet, and red dot & line to represent morse code.
I derive satisfaction from design, not only for aesthetics purpose, but also for functionality. I may refine this project later on to improve readability of letters.
