Project Brief
Information visualisation allows for the simple representation of complex concepts to make them more accessible to audiences. This digital vertical narrative visually summarises the research findings of prescribed topical themes concerning the future of wellbeing, work and the planet. The visualisation presents dense information in a more engaging, understandable and memorable way to aid public education by translating scholarly work for public consumption.

01 | Infographic Vertical Narrative
Design Strategy
There is more to light than not seeing the stars.

Light pollution is the unwanted glow produced by artificial light that not only hinders our view of the stars but also harms wildlife, disrupts sleep and wastes energy.

The infographic brings to light the causes and effects of light pollution around the world using graphs, icons and illustrations. The colour used portrays the blues in the night sky with stars and yellow in lights to contrast with the dark blues.
