This is the first entry into my big sketchbook that centers around mysticism, the occult, and conspiracy.
As I was reading the Zohar, I was inspired to make a piece which centered around the the books spiritual ideas. And let me tell you, those 13th century Rabbis had quite a few things to say! I wanted to focus on the ten sephirot, a central aspect of the Jewish Kabbalah, as if it were a great tree stretching from the Kingdom of Man on earth, the Kingdom of Yahweh's creation as it appears in the physical world, and the Divine Kingdom, illustrated by the three sections that make up the background.
