An album cover rework created for my graphic design illustration class at San Diego City College. I chose the 2005 Depeche Mode album "Playing the Angel" because it's one of my favorite groups and albums. My redesign of the cover was inspired by the genre and themes of the album, the music having a heavy industrial-electronic sound. The line drawings were made in Adobe Illustrator and the compositing and type was done in Photoshop.
