I found inspiration in illustrating the seven-member Japanese Girl Group, XG (Xtraordinary Girls). Their music videos exude a bright, vibrant, and trippy Y2K feel. This led me to create individual illustrations for each member, drawing loose inspiration from their music videos. The result is an eclectic blend of colors and patterns.
