Handy Animation
This project is based on the work of Parth Kothekar. He cuts out silhouettes from paper and stop motion animates them on his sister's hand. For this exercise we used digital silhouettes to recreate the effect without the paper.

I chose to base mine on a ballerina dancing across my hand. I thought the elegant movements of a ballerina would translate well to this process.
These are all the frames in a single image.
This is the ballerina whose motions inspired the project. I rotoscoped her though I sped up her movement across a little bit, especially removing the slomo at the end.
Lastly all of the individual frames. There ended up being 90 in total, animated on twos.
