Our War Cry
This is a documentary directed by Peyten Daniels (me) based on the verse Jeremiah 29:11. Originally an assignment for a documentary class, this was taken on as a personal project. The film will be finished the week of 11/6. From there, scheduling and a marketing team will be formed to begin marketing for a premiere in Decatur, IL.
The hope is to invite producers and higher-listed filmmakers to this premiere. From there, after having proved that I can direct a film, I would like to take the connections I've made from this documentary - even if they don't make an appearance at the premiere - and use them to further my capstone project. I will be spending the next year writing the script for a feature-length film and making the director's book for it. Then, senior year I will be focusing on the business of filmmaking by making an effort to get the film into production. Any and all connections surrounding Our War Cry will help with this.

Spring Semester 2023
While next semester I plan on premiering the documentary, I also plan on selling art as an art dealer through Blue Connection. This will help my connections with Jerry Winters grow, as well as expand my skillsets to a different area of a career.
