The playfulness in the colors and pattern on my fabric reminded me of summer and the beach. I was given 3 yards of my Nicole Miller printed fabric. I realized this was not enough to make a garment that required a lot of fabric so I decided upon beachwear. My print project garment was heavily inspired by 1920/30's beachwear and designers such as Bonnie Cashin and Claire McCardell.
The top, and sleveless hoodie, and shorts are all fully lined and finished.

Clear vinyl was used for creating the larger pocket on the sleeveless hoodie.
Clear plastic toggles used for drawstings, and adjustable hood, and adjustable halter top.
