Empowering Voices: International Day of Violence Against Women Instagram Poster Designs
Welcome to my Behance portfolio showcasing my recent project dedicated to the International Day of Violence Against Women, observed on November 25th. In this project, I was tasked with creating a series of Instagram posters that convey the importance of this day and the need to raise awareness about the issue. I'm excited to share with you the four distinct poster designs, each with its unique approach and message.
Poster 1:
The Power to Stop The fourth and final poster features a determined woman holding her open palm, which boldly states "stop." This design serves as a call to action, indicating the need to halt harassment, rape, and all forms of violence against women. It's a testament to the strength and resilience of women who are fighting back.
Poster 2:
Visualizing Pain The third poster delves deeper into the emotional impact of violence against women. Here, I've used a woman's scared face enclosed within a women's symbol. The visual representation of fear and pain serves as a powerful reminder of the suffering women endure due to violence.
Poster 3:
Minimalistic Empowerment The first poster in the series emphasizes simplicity and clarity. It features minimal vector art with clear fonts, making it easy for viewers to absorb the message at a glance. By keeping the design clean and straightforward, the focus is on the urgency of addressing violence against women.
Poster 4:
Monochrome Symmetry The second poster plays with monochrome black tones and the elegant use of balance. Flanking the center text, you'll find the side profiles of women's faces on the right and left. This balanced composition reinforces the idea that we must maintain equilibrium and visibility when addressing this grave issue
