is an annual Japanese cultural festival held by
the Japanese Culture Club from Bandung Institute of Technology.
In 2020, I contributed to the Graphic Design team by creating character designs that seamlessly aligned with the festival's theme, centered around 'Youkai' or Japanese ghosts. I conceptualized two of the event's mascots: Shuuten Douji, a formidable youkai inspired by a legendary demon leader of Japan, and Kaito, a normal human boy who, after a tragic incident, transformed into the monstrous Shuuten Douji. Beyond these two mascots, I also illustrated two other youkais: Kasa Obake, an umbrella spirit, and Yuki-onna, a ghostly woman often associated with the snow.
