This project is an exploration of the Queensgate market in Hudderfield West Yorkshire. In 2020, I explored the roof tops, the market stalls, the floors, the basement and the car parks. During my exploration I created studies of pattern, texture, lines and shape. This project consist of mixed media drawings, printmaking, hand and digitally stitched embroidery samples using found materials.
