This is an illustrated book for Hansel and Gretel story, the classic story of two siblings who outsmart a cunning witch in a dark and mysterious forest, that we all heard as children, and i specially love it.

The illustrations aim to emphasize the darker side of this story. Hansel stands out as the brave guide, with a more refined sense of guidance, while Gretel, more fearful, insecure and fragile.

This illustrations bring the characters to life, capturing the essence of this classic story for readers of all ages (but specially for children).

Some initial studies of Gretel's character, then I decided to take a different approach.
