Qualifications for Pimpri Chinchwad University in Pune
Depending on the subject and candidate category, the requirements for admission to Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU) may change. However, the following are some typical eligibility requirements:

B.Tech
The student must have received a passing mark in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Technical Vocational Subjects (10+2) from any recognized board, including State Board, CBSE, ICSE, and IB.
For students in the Open Category, a grade of 45% was required in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with English as a subject. The minimum grade required for students in the reserved category in the courses of English, Physics, and Chemistry is 40%.
A minimum of one engineering admission test, such as the MHT-CET, JEE, or another state- or national-level engineering entrance test given by PERA, CUET, or the admission Test Conducted by PCU, must also have been passed by the applicant.
Candidates are picked based on merit and the outcomes of the admission exam.

B.Tech. (Second Year Lateral Entry)
passed for at least 3 years (for subsequent entry) or 2 years. A minimum score of 40% on the diploma test is required for candidates who are members of the reserved category.
achieved a B.Sc. degree with at least 45% (or 40% for those who come under the reserved category) of the possible marks from a university that the UGC recognizes, and successfully completed the 10+2 exam with mathematics as a subject.
Candidates are selected based on their performance on the entrance test AND on merit if there are any openings in the First Year after the positions at lateral entry have been filled.

B.Des
Pass the 10+2 exam OR receive a three-year government-sponsored diploma or an equivalent degree from any reputable board with a minimum score of 45% (or 40% for students in the restricted category) on the prerequisite exam.
AND a legitimate scorecard from an entrance exam taken under UCEED, NIFT, NID, or PCU's supervision. As part of the admissions procedure, candidates must also pass the PCU's Design Aptitude exam, which is followed by a studio exam and an individual interview.
 
BBA
The minimum necessary score at the 10+2 level for applicants in the open category is 50% for candidates in the ICSE, CBSE, any state board, or comparable exam from any recognized board in the arts, sciences, commerce, or any other stream; the minimum required score for candidates in the reserved category is 45%.
Candidates are picked on the basis of merit AND a private interview conducted by PCU.

BCA
Students in the open category must have passed the ICSE/CBSE/Any State Board Examination with at least a 50% score in Science, and Commerce, with excellent mathematics as a subject, or have an equivalent diploma from any recognized board. A score of 45% is required for candidates in the reserved category.
Candidates are picked on the basis of merit AND a private interview conducted by PCU.
 
B.Sc
The minimum necessary score in the 10+2 Science subject in the ICSE, CBSE, or any state board examination was 50% for candidates in the open category and 45% for candidates in the reserved category.

MCA
All final exams taken by Open Category students must have been graded with a minimum of a 50%.
AND a favorable performance in the admission tests and the national, state, and all-India exams administered by PCU.
The PCU conducts a personal interview with candidates before selecting them based on merit.
 
MBA
(Reserved category candidates from Maharashtra State only must have received at least 45% overall.) Open Category students must have received at least 50% overall in their Graduation in any stream from a UGC-approved institution or its equivalent. AND A POSITIVE RESULTS on the ensuing National Level Test given by an esteemed testing agency:
The CAT, XAT, PERA, MH-CET, CUET, CMAT, or PCU Test are among the tests that will be accepted.
Before selecting candidates, the PCU holds both an individual interview and a discussion in a group setting.
 
BA
passed a 10+2 course or its equivalent from a recognized board in any field (Arts, Science, or Commerce) with a minimum score of 50% for Open Category students and 45% for Reserved Category students.
