O rebranding se deu mediante a necessidade de fortalecimento da Holding e a adequadação de um dos seus braços a Rebomassa, um plastificante para Contrução Civil.
A adequação da marca busca fortalecer os atributos já existentes nesses 28 anos de mercado e para além disse, fortalecer atritutos competitivos para o mercado.
