I took this shot as we paddled upstream on the Colorado River. We left in the early morning before the Hoover Dam was opened. The water was an amazing mirror and the sunlight created a very serene experience. The only real sound was the paddle dragging through the water. This photograph is the inspiration for an illustration in progress.
