Scanography study
I did some experiments with scanography, one of them consists of scanning everything in my fridge at that time and composing an Instagram slideshow for my page.

The scans were made at 1200dpi and included as many objects as possible; I cropped and arranged them on a canvas in Photoshop.

On top of this I've written an introduction, ending and explanation for each object by hand using a graphic tablet.

Finally, I've cut the canvas and exported 5 hi-res pictures which composed the seamless slideshow for Instagram.

The blur in the scans is due to the sensor used, a CIS (Contact imaging sensor). This kind of sensor has a very shallow depth of field resulting in a poor focus on height.
