​​​​​​​We created this exhibition stand at iForum for the Promodo marketing agency, which has been helping Ukrainian and international businesses develop e-commerce since 2004. The  company  has five offices: in Ukraine, Great Britain,  and the  United States. It works  with the most famous companies, including Rozetka, Prom,  Monobank, Comfy, Uklon, United 24, Lenovo.

​​​​​​​We received a clear and concise task: the pavilion should impress, attract attention and make you want to take a photo. It was also necessary to  spread  information  about  the  company  not  only  as an  undisputed  leader in Performance marketing, but as a full-cycle  agency, and to  integrate 4 areas of the  company’s work in  separate zones into the stand. The pavilion was supposed to embody the  expertise and creative  experience of  Promodo, to strengthen the loyalty of existing customers and promote the attraction of new ones. In just 1.5 months,  which is exactly the time we had before the event, we managed to develop a strong visual  concept, detailed  drawings, find contractors and provide everything for implementation.

Primarily,  we  transformed  the  original  idea  of dividing  the pavilion into 4 separate zones into the concept of a single space. It was important for us to make the stand attractive with its functional  scenarios and visual  content from all sides.In the process of work, together with the Promodo team, we realized that we should create not just an exhibition  stand,  but  an  art  object  that  is  at  the  intersection  of  architecture  and  marketing.  The  stand metaphorically reflects the 4 main areas in which the company works and symbolizes their unity.
​​​​​​​The metal frame is a  direction of  research and  strategy. It  embodies the  idea of a solid  foundation on  which a business rests and is built around. To create this foundation, dozens of factors were analyzed:  dimensions of the available space, exhibition stands of Ukrainian and foreign companies, reliability and availability of  materials and fasteners, stability and ability to adapt the frame to current tasks. Just like in business: an effective  strategy must be formed on the basis of research, be reliable, flexible to ideas, and most importantly - bring the business closer to ambitious goals.

Colored elements and a photo zone are the areas of creativity. Communication  messages, including the one you are reading now, design, objects, textures — all these things  attract the attention of passers-by, give volume and meaning  for  the  framework.  In  the  era  of   visualization  and  special   attention  to  universal  human  values, businesses need to create something that will make fall in love and spread organically through networks.
​​​​​​​A ring lightbox and a video with showreel on the screen are the direction of media  advertising.  The choice of the supports’ height (4m), location,  graphic  and video  elements were  used to attract attention at first  glance, to tell about  the  company,  to  show  activities  and  to  provoke   interest  in  learning  more  about  Promodo.  Display advertising is a tool that broadcasts creative ideas made to increase brand awareness.
​​​​​​​A large  table,  areas for  negotiations,  anti-stress  balls, temporary  tattoos  and  unique sets of magnets are the direction  of  Performance-marketing.  The  main  goal of  performance  marketing is to  attract the  customer and encourage  him/her  to  buy.  Comfortable  negotiation  zones for  different numbers of  participants  are arranged fordiscussing  tasks  and  proposals.  After  meetings,  guests  can  choose  souvenir  products   that  will  remind them of the agency and establish an emotional  connection.
PROMODO
​​​​​​​Like  marketing  of  the  full  cycle,  the  stand  does not have rigid boundaries. All elements, performing their own important  function,  work  together  to  achieve  a single goal.
