RMB - What's my name?

In celebration of International Mother Language Day, RMB wanted to develop an internal campaign aimed at recognising the diversity of cultures and identities that make up their vibrant workforce.

The final concept, 'What's My Name', aimed to create a meaningful and intimate dialogue with their employees, where everyone was encouraged to take pride in who they are - their origin, their name, and the personal significance these represent.
